Course Information

Join Jay, one of the fantastic teaching team at Studio38 for this six week course. Each week, Jay will guide you through a flow that builds strength and stamina, giving you techniques and tips for you to progress into crow pose. You’ll build shoulder and core strength which will not only help enable you to master crow but to help progress you on to other arm balances, inversions and also create a greater range of strength & mobility for your own yoga asana practice. Postures used throughout each class will build onto your yoga foundations, not only giving you crow pose, but also allowing you to deepen and progress in all yoga classes. This course is suitable for anyone who has attended at least one yoga class before - anyone who knows the basics and would like to take it further, building on foundational strength to either master crow pose for the first time or to feel more comfortable holding crow pose for longer periods of time.
